iRobot Braava 380t Vs 320

As hinted by their name, which sounds like the title of a cool robot movie I ever watched some time ago, iRobot is an advanced technology company specialized in making robots for various usages, from automatic home cleaners to military robots. It is clearly very beneficial, less tiring, and time saving to have a robot do the cleaning job while you can attend to some more important activities (but, remember, you should not become lazy by having such kind of devices; if you have nothing else to do, then it is good to grab your upright vacuum cleaner to move and exercise your body every once in a while). Nah, there are two floor mopping robot models offered by the company, Braava 380t and Braava 320. Which one is the best for you?

Both products have identical sizes; 8.5” square and 3”high. The positioning of the rubber wheels, magnetic pad holders, and bumpers are all also the same. Both robots weigh 4 pounds. So, from the externally visible attributes, Braava 380t and Braava 320 are almost exactly the same aside from their colors. Don’t worry about the potentially important features, too, as they two can do wet and dry mops, work on various surfaces. Unfortunately, they both can’t do automatic charging, and must be picked up to be manually placed on the charging cradle once they run out of power.

However, Braava 380t comes with a higher price for some reasons. It is able to clean more thoroughly than the Braava 320 because it has the pro-clean reservoir pad equipped. The mentioned thing is a small refillable tank to contain cleaning solution or normal water, that slowly drops the contained liquid onto the cleaning pad. Thus, you don’t have to constantly re-wet Braava 380t like you may need to do with Braava 320. More convenient. Plus, the Braava 380t has a larger battery capacity than 320, which in turn contributes to the robot being able to cover more area and endure longer.
